With an expanding presence in the Nordics, Nordlo is your IT consultant right around the corner. A close, local partner who’s just a phone call away. Nordlo is growing rapidly and needs to recruit people with the right skills who want to grow with the company. The goal is to be one of the most attractive employers in the IT consulting sector.
But the competition for this in-demand IT expertise is fierce and it’s difficult to stand out from the crowd. Enter Keeparo, who was given the assignment to develop an employer branding concept that would give Nordlo the chance to show its authentic and distinctive employer value proposition – both overall and for business-critical target groups.
