The challenge

Dala Energi is a regional group that operates locally in several different markets. Today, they have around 80 employees and, like many other players in the same industry, have identified that the talent supply is a central piece for continued success and the opportunity to grow. Finding competent and trained talent is a challenge as the shortage of skills in the energy sector is increasing.  

Dala Energi works actively towards the goal of being an attractive employer in order to secure the best expertise in the industry.

The solution: Stable. In motion.

Dala Energi wanted to find a common understanding of employer communication throughout the employee journey, both to attract new employees and to strengthen pride and commitment internally. Therefore, we developed an EVP and an associated communication concept that can be applied to the entire employee journey.  

Through our analysis of data from surveys and several workshops, we were able to ensure that their EVP meets all the criteria of being true, distinctive, relevant, anchored and sustainable.  

The final result was a message platform and a flexible and creative concept for employer branding. With the message "Stable. In motion.” As a tagline, Dala Energi can create accurate employer communication throughout their  employee journey.
