The challenge

Recurring transformations, staff turnover and a pandemic (that turned everything upside down) are things that create uncertainty and confusion in many workplaces. To navigate and even accelerate in the post-pandemic reality The Absolut Company wanted to mobilize their organization and attract the right talent with a clear and attractive Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

 

The Absolut Company is part of the global wine and spirits group Pernod Ricard. An exciting challenge for us at Keeparo was to find the balance – as it was as important for The Absolut Company to harmonize the EVP with the own brand as it was to clarify and strengthen the belonging to the world of Pernod Ricard.

An EVP that ticks all the boxes

Keeparo's work was to collect and analyze data from leadership team, employees and competitors, to see how The Absolut Company meet the criteria for a strong EVP: True, Distinctive, Relevant, Anchored and Sustainable.

 

We did thorough work to integrate the EVP into Pernod Ricard's strategic brand platform, without losing The Absolut Company’s unique identity. To further strengthen The Absolut Company’s unique expression as an employer, we developed a distinct but at the same time flexible employer branding concept.

Our employer branding toolbox

The EVP messaging and the concept was delivered in an employer branding toolbox – with guidelines for tonality, color, shape, photography and a large number of ready-to-use templates.
