The challenge

Region Västernorrland wants to strengthen their employees' participation and commitment and build a stronger internal culture. Through this investment, it is hoped to generate increased pride and satisfaction among the employees, which in turn is expected to contribute to better results and a reduced employee turnover.

In addition to the internal commitment, the region also strives to increase their relevance and attractiveness externally in order to attract more potential employees with the right expectations.

The solution: For a growing Västernorrland

We created a solid platform that ensures a coherent and clear line in all employer communication from Region Västernorrland. Together, we developed an employee promise that promotes employee involvement, from the idea stage to implementation.

The work included defining and developing concrete tools that facilitate the daily collaboration between HR, communications and recruiting managers.
