For LEVA i Lysekil to be able to position themself as an attractive employer and ensure long-term success, they have focused on developing a strong employer brand. The challenge

LEVA currently has about 90 employees and operates in three different areas. Within these areas of activity, there are many different skills and professions, where some are more difficult to attract and keep than others.  

During a year, they recruit approximately 10 new people, together with some replacement recruitments.  

To meet this need and ensure the company's continued growth, there is a strong need to market LEVA as an employer that both attracts new talent and strengthens internal pride and commitment among current employees.

The solution: For a living Lysekil

Together, we have developed an employer value proposition (EVP) and a communication concept for LEVA in Lysekil that is well anchored internally and makes employees ambassadors for the brand. The message, "For a living Lysekil", reflects LEVA's vision and reinforces the sense of community and long-term impact.

The concrete result is a flexible messaging platform and a creative employer branding concept that enables accurate, target group-adapted communication throughout the employee journey.
