The success factor for a long-term competence supply throughout the entire employee journey requires a structured and clear work with the employer brand.
Klara Blomqvist has a background in HR and for the past 7 years she has focused on supporting public actors in their challenges of being an attractive employer. Klara has worked with everything from formulating employer offers, developing concepts for employer communication to finding innovative ways to get people to open their eyes for a work within the public sector.

With her broad knowledge in employer profiling, Klara is happy to support with lectures to get management groups, politicians, managers and employees to dare to think long-term in their work. A challenge that is difficult but exciting in times when recruiting is hard, and skills shortages are the ultimate challenge when it comes to fulfilling the organizations' goals – to deliver good community service to citizens.
